Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are based on your order's weight and your location. The shipping costs will be calculated for your review during checkout.


Shipping Hours

We process and ship orders within two business days of ordering. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number for your order via email. The tracking information will also be available if you log into your account online. If for any reason you do not receive the tracking number, please send an email to contact@lavieessential.com and we will provide it for you


International Shipping (Outside of the USA)

We do ship internationally, and the pricing and time depends on the country and the quantity of items you are purchasing. Please note that the international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees enforced by the destination country and that we do not cover these charges. Customs clearance procedures can delay packages.


RETURNS

Return Requests

If the received product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return and refund within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please note that the return costs will be on your charge.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or credit store (if required by the customer). Shipping costs are not credited back for returned orders.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@lavieessential.com


Damaged/Incorrect Products

If your order arrives with any damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Please email us a photo of the damaged/incorrect product and order information to contact@lavieessential.com and our team will be happy to assist you with a replacement, refund or store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the next steps. If a replacement takes place, we will pay for the shipping costs. If an item is out of stock or no longer available, you will be issued a store credit for the product.
