Room Diffusion

Add 1-6 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of water. There are many different essential oil diffusers available in the market, but we recommend you choose one with an ultrasonic diffusion system.

Steam Inhalation

Add 1-3 drops of essential oil to 100 ml of water. Place a large bowl on a table with hot water and add the essential oil. Lean over the bowl (keep about ten inches away or you may get a steam burn) and cover your head with a towel to create a tent. Close your eyes and deeply inhale the steam for a few minutes.

Topical/Massage

Add 3-10 drops (0.5%-2.5% dilution) of essential oil per 1 ounce/30 ml of carrier base (lotion, cream or vegetable oil).

Bath/Foot Bath

Mix 1-6 drops to one teaspoon of a dispersing agent, such as Solubol, coconut emulsifier, or body wash, and add it to the bathwater/bowl of hot water. You can also combine the essential oils and the dispersing agent to a half-cup of bath salts, such as Dead Sea salt, Himalayan salt, or Epsom salt, and then add this mix to the water to enhance the relaxing effects.

Shower

Add 1-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Note: Keep in mind that those are general guidelines for adult use. The number of drops will depend on several factors such as the amount of carrier base, your skin sensitivity, the aroma and chemistry of the essential oil/blend you are using.
