Forest Bathing Diffuser Blend
Nov 04, 2021
Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, in Japanese, is a practice that basically consists of going to a forest area or even a park and spending time in nature to slow down and find calm and relaxation. The practice emerged in Japan in the 1980s, at the initiative of the Japanese Government Forestry Agency, which sought to encourage people to leave their homes and spend some time immersed in nature. No tech devices, no exercise, just you and your five senses. Dr. Qing-Li, an expert in nature’s medicine, shares detailed instructions on how to practice forest bathing anywhere in his book Forest Bathing: How Trees Can Help You Find Health and Happiness,
